URGENT SAFETY NOTICE – IGHTFIELD PLAYGROUND

Ightfield Parish Council has been made aware of a potential safety issue concerning the zip-wire cable connection at Ightfield Playground as of this morning. As a precaution, a member of our team will be attending the site shortly to carry out a full inspection.

Until further notice, the zip-wire must not be used under any circumstances.

This measure is being taken in the interest of public safety. We strongly urge all members of the public to comply and ensure that children are not permitted to access the equipment until it has been formally assessed and declared safe.

Ightfield Parish Council accepts no liability for injury or damage resulting from unauthorised use of the zip-wire prior to its repair and reopening.

We appreciate your cooperation and will provide an update as soon as the equipment is safe to use.
